Leslie Charleson Dies: ‘General Hospital’ Actress Was 79

Leslie Charleson, the entertainer most popular for playing Dr. Monica Quartermaine on Broad Emergency clinic, has passed on.

Her passing was affirmed by GH Leader Maker Blunt Valentini on X.

"It is with crushing sadness that I declare the death of my dear companion and partner, @lesliecharleson. Her getting through inheritance has traversed almost 50 years on @GeneralHospital alone and, similarly as Monica was the core of the Quartermaine family, Leslie was a dearest matron of the whole cast and team.
